- I am a 57 y.o. white female medical professional who has been sitting on the sidelines for way too long. It's time for me to join the conversation. My husband is a card carrying union member, who was a conservative, until he got his union card.............you can only imagine the "spirited" discussions in our household. He's definitely astroturf, you don't go from conservative to liberal, doesn't happen. Me, being in healthcare, if there is any place unions DO NOT belong, healthcare is it. Anyone who can walk away from ill people in need care for reasons of ideology is in the wrong profession. I don't know what else to say, other than my only goal for the next 12 months is to do anything to get that bonehead out of office. And I'm not a racist, I am a realist. If I have to have a tagline, it's "Dazzle 'em with bulls&^t, and accessorize well." I am college educated and degreed, but I actually paid for it on my own, and, chose a field where graduates are employable. Don't know what else to say, but will answer any questions, including my why my user name, Bob was a black lab that was one of the greatest things ever in my life, and I forever, will be his mom.

- Would love to comment on other sites, but am a "commenting virgin" and not even sure if I'm doing this right. I regularly visit this site, hotair, and the bigs, as well as drudge.
